Who we are

Wilayatijootay is an online thrift shoe store at wilayatijootay.com, selling original imported shoes with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wilayatijootay. If you have any question about your privacy, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 4250682 or email info@wilayatijootay.com.

What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for:

• Full name
• Email address
• Contact number
• City and delivery address
• Order notes, if you choose to add any
• The shoes you ordered, sizes and order total

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the topic you choose and your message.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp name, number and the messages and photos you send us.

Automatically, like almost every website, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

What we never collect: we only accept Cash on Delivery, so we never ask for or store debit card, credit card or bank account details.

How we use your information

• To confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, pack it and deliver it to you
• To send order emails, such as order confirmations and updates
• To answer your questions and handle exchanges
• To prevent fake orders and keep the website secure
• To keep the records we need for our accounts

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to run the store:

• Courier companies receive your name, contact number, city and address so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment.
• Our website host stores the website and its data on secure servers, and also runs our email (info@wilayatijootay.com).
• WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages when you choose to chat with us there.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on our pages, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example at the request of a court or government authority.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example to remember the items in your cart, keep you signed in to your account and load pages faster. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, exchanges and our accounts. Contact form and WhatsApp messages are kept only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, unless we must keep an order record by law.

How we protect it

Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection, access to order information is limited to our team, and our admin area is protected against password-guessing attacks. No website can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information

Just message us on WhatsApp or email info@wilayatijootay.com and we will help.

Children

We sell shoes for kids, but our website is meant to be used by adults. Orders for children should be placed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
